Can I buy these seeds?
Yes you can. While Gelato Seeds only carries cannabis seeds from hemp cultivars that are considered hemp by federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill , this doesn’t mean local and state laws don’t apply. You must do your research to ensure you can legally own hemp seeds in your state and area. Failure to do so before purchasing could result in the loss of your package during the shipping process.
What can I do with these seeds?
These seeds are sold as adult collectibles only. We sell our seeds for souvenir purposes or preservation. Do your seeds have THC or CBD?
Our seeds do not naturally contain THC or CBD . If you receive faulty or incorrect products when your order arrives, please message our support team within 14 days of delivery along with photos of your order number. Damaged or missing seeds can be discussed on a case by case basis to determine a solution that works for both parties according to our terms of service.
